The Paddler magazine

The Paddler magazine

The International digital magazine for recreational paddlers was first published in September 2012. For 17 years, 2b Graphic Design had published British Canoeing’s publication, Canoe Focus, which was the official magazine of the National Governing Body of the sport.

In the 2012 post Olympic period, British Canoeing decided to take the publication in-house. However, with the experience that 2b Graphic Design had built up in the 17 years of publishing the title, we decided upon launching our own kayak/canoe publication and named it the Paddler ezine.

The Paddler would be a free online ezine and aimed squarely at recreational paddlers that is now read by up to 35,000 international enthusiasts every two months depending on the time of the year. From the start we decided that the publication would be very international in its outlook and it therefore features stories from across the planet. It also has a very successful and widely read website at: https://thepaddlermag.com

Published six times a year we have now built up a wealth of advertisers and contributors from home and abroad. All 37 of the online published Paddler magazines can be read here for free: https://view.joomag.com/the-paddler-ezine/M0151422001368812110
